Genuinely High Victorian in this very ornate, extravagant style, dates from c.1880, revived by Ossett Mouldings during 2005.

Irregular Carved Rim Profile.

Rococo in Style. This centre is not really "lacey", it's actually quite firm and solid, the lacy impression is created by careful paintwork.

Outside Diameter T.B.A.mm., T.B.A. inch.

Two concentric components, see below.

Outer "wreath" circle with an inner acanthus "swirl". Can be sold separately. The outer ring has (perhaps) ten imperfect components while the inner section comprises individual large land intermediate leaves.

This is not a period design. it's modern in concept but if you want a centrepiece with an "Egg & Dart" motif, this is almost our only example. Because it's frankly difficult to include this enrichment onto a centrepiece.
