Sheet Design 450, "Large Random Stonework"

Sheet Width 90 inches, 2275 mm., Sheet Depth 41 inches, 1040 mm.

An "average" stone size is 300mm. long and 110mm. high - approximately.

Sheet Design 451, "Medium Random Stonework"

Sheet Width 86 inches, 2180 mm., Sheet Depth 42 inches, 1060 mm.

Sheet Design 452, "Small Random Stonework"

Sheet Length 89 inches, 2260 mm., Sheet Depth 42 inches, 1060 mm.

An "average" stone size on this sheet design will be approximately 180mm. long and 75mm. high. As with the other sheets on this page, mortar beds or gaps between stones are additional.

Sheet Design 453, "Pointed Brickwork"

Sheet Design 454, "Rough Slate Roofing"

This is a still from the TV production "Forsyth Saga". The same sheet was also used on the television series "Island at War".

Note ;- This sheet is "short" and "high", i.e. is "other way around". This is in our showroom as cladding on a door. It always surprises people when I open a brick wall and walk down the cellar!

A full brick on this sheet design (ignoring mortar joints) generally measures 200mm. long by 80mm.high.

Sheet Design Nr. 458, "Smooth Stone Walling"

Sheet Length 78 inches, 1990mm. Sheet Depth 42 inches, 1060mm.

The "average" or typical stone dimension for this sheet will be 400mm. long with the course height of 200mm. This ignores thickess of mortar joints or beds.

Sheet Design Nr. 459, "Rough Stone Walling"

Sheet Length 43 inches, 1100mm. Sheet Depth 77 inches, 1950mm.

A typical (or average) stone dimension is 240mm. long and 80mm deep. Mortar beds are additional.

Note;- This sheet is "short" and "high", i.e. is "other way around".

Sheet Design Nr. 460, "Very Rough Brick"

Sheet Length 88 inches, 2230mm., Sheet Depth 40 inches, 1030mm.

Full bricks on this sheet appear to be 200mm. long and 80mm. deep, these dimensions exclude mortar joints. If you can find them!

(This might look like stone, but please believe - it is very rough brickwork indeed!)

Sheet Design Nr. 461, "Stone Walling"

Sheet Length 72 inches, 1840mm., Sheet Depth 39 inches, 990mm.

The general / average size of these stone blocks is 440mm. long and 200mm. deep coursing - mortar joints are extra.

Sheet Design Nr. 462, "Whitewashed Brick"

Sheet Length 85 inches, 2160mm. Sheet Depth 39 inches, 1000mm.

Typical full bricks on this sheet are c.210mm long,60mm. high. Add on for mortar beds / joints.

This sheet looks particularly good on a cellar set. Just like brickwork that's had "donkeys years" of distempering. This picture was from a very convincing set on "Jimmy Grimble" - looked nearly as threatening as Robert Carlisle!

Sheet Design Nr. 463, "Unpointed Yorkstone"

An average / typical stone size on this sheet (excluding mortar beds) is 300mm. long and 90mm high / deep.

This illustration of installed brickwork is from the 2005 television production "Millions".

Sheet Design Nr. 465, "Glazed Brick"

Sheet Length 88 inches, 2250mm., Sheet Depth 42 inches, 1070mm.

A typical full brick is 220mm. long, 70mm. high. This excludes the thin mortar joints.

Note;- This sheet is time consuming to install due to it's smooth face. Additional time should therefore be allowed in the estimating for installation process.

Sheet Design Nr. 466. "Glazed Tiles / Bricks"

Sheet Length 85 inches, 2170mm., Sheet Depth 42 inches, 1070mm.

Full bricks on this sheet typically measure 170mm. long with a height of approximately 60mm. Add on for mortar joints, however on this sheet these are quite narrow.

Note;- This sheet is also time consuming to fit and finish. Please allow extra time in pricing for fitting and filling this design.

Sheet Design Nr. 467, "Modern Brickwork"

Sheet Length 84 inches, 2140mm., Sheet Depth 36 inches, 925mm.

Full bricks on this sheet dimension approximately 230mm. long, they are 65mm. high. This omits the mortar joint.

This sheet was used some years ago to decorate a VERY 1970's "modern" courtroom. It did the job very well indeed. This still is from that very production. Sorry - can't remember the name!

Sheet Design Nr. 468, "Partly Pointed Brickwork"

Sheet Length 77 inches, 1970mm., Sheet Depth 40 inches, 1020mm.

Typical "full" brick on this sheet design is approximately 200mm. long, 60mm. high. This ignores mortar joints.

Sheet Design Nr. 469, "Textured Brickwork"

Sheet Length 85 inches, 2170mm., Sheet Depth 36 inches, 910mm.

These bricks are "Flemish" bond. Omitting mortar beds these 220mm. long and 60mm. deep / high.

These bricks are very similar in appearance to those in "Nr. 467 Modern Brickwork" above, main differences are the brick bonding and depth of pointing, this has normal pointing, 467 above has very deep pointing.

Sheet Design Nr. 470, "Timber Shuttering"

Sheet Length 93 inches, 2370mm., Sheet Depth 43 inches, 1100mm.

Used several years ago in "51st. State" to very convincingly form a very deep concrete shaft. The sheets were placed vertically, that is opposite way to this illustration.

Full bricks on this design of sheet dimension approximately 230mm. long, 70mm. high. Mortar beds in addition.

A typical full / complete brick on this sheet dimensions approximately 220mm. long and 65mm. high - excluding mortar joints.

Used as recently as April 2010 on a "Fire set" in Coronation Street to represent engineering brickwork.
