[A large centrepiece, this is a 100% genuine late Victorian design] Ceiling Centrepieces feature in many of our (always welcome) domestic/ retail enquiries.     We have approximately 35 different standard ceiling centre designs, many of which are kept in stock.     New designs are added at intervals.

  • If not in stock these can often be made quite quickly.     Sometimes even the same day is possible!     Although two or so days are more typical.     All our products are made by our own staff, on our own premises.     These designs vary in size, ornamentation and period.

  • As with our many other types of moulding, Ceiling Centrepieces are also sold "supply only" in which case we are happy to provide advice on DIY installation.





  • Please remember we replicate or repair damaged centres, replacing "as new" should you so wish.

  • We will also be pleased to advise on design and suitability.     Naturally we will need some details of your home, for instance approximate year of construction, rough dimensions, ceiling height, existing household features and decorations.





  • [A specially sculpted centrepiece for an American client] If we install these for you, please note we can't undertake electrical re-connection as we are neither competent nor qualified for this work.


  • Weighty light fittings must be secured above centres, their weight held independently of, not by the centre.     Light cables can be fed through oversized holes drilled through the centre prior to installation.

  • These oversized holes will greatly assist insertion of the cable during the awkward job of fixing.     This hole can be covered later by the electrical "rose" afterward.





  • These should be fixed with screws, through the face and their internal timber fixings, the positions of which we can indicate at time of sale.     We recommend that they are also attached to the ceiling with adhesive.     Types of adhesive and necessary preparations prior to installation can be advised upon.





  • [A 17 Our public showroom is open from 08.00 to 16.30 Monday to Friday, sometimes later at night.     Saturdays we open (very approximately) 09.30 to 15.30.
